Return Policy
  • Returns of in stock items within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged/credited to your account or refunded via Webstore store credit.


Returning Damaged / Defective Items
  • Kevins Worldwide will replace any item that is determined to be damaged or defective. In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to [email protected]
  • All damaged and defective products must be returned to Kevins Worldwide for inspection before a final determination can be made. Action (in the form of a reprint/replacement) can be taken only after we receive the damaged goods back from the customer in the original packaging. 
  • Please contact us by email/phone before returning damaged or defective items to arrange for the payment of shipping costs.

 
Return Process
  • Include the original packing slip and a copy of your order confirmation in your returning package along with your returning items.
